The Time of Women
Long ago the first human beings came to a land that was unspoiled and beautiful. There were creatures of every kind in abundance; fish in the clear streams, birds overhead, deer running the forest paths. They knew they had found a paradise that would nurture and sustain them. They lit fires and gathered sacred plants and made an offering to the Creator to thank him for their good fortune. Soon they were building homes and taking up a life of peace and happiness. But something festered in
Pyramid Scheme
“Thrive” is the name of a movie directed by Foster Gamble, a scion of the Proctor and Gamble family. In this movie Gamble explains how money is made, how money is used to enslave people and how money is used to topple governments. In the movie, Gamble uses a pyramid to explain the world. On the bottom tier is society, all of us, the mass of humanity. The second tier is the government and Armed Forces. They are above the masses so they can control any unrest. Above the governments are the corporations. On top of the corporations are the banks. We’re not done yet.
Politics: The Ultimate Predator
The time has come to end politics as we know it. The people of this nation have outgrown its current political structure’s usefulness. Our country is ready for something better than the out-dated, force-fed, and endlessly popular “trickle-down economics.” Trickle down is a joke. Crumbs aren’t enough. What we need is a flood down economics policy to get out of this mess!
Politics 2012
Reaganomics or Supply Side Economics does work, but only for the very rich. Reaganomics has caused nothing but hardship for the rest of us. International bankers see how rich they can become, and now that they are in power they are trying to impose their evil will on
A Crime Against Civilization
The other day, someone knocked two chunks of marble off a statue in Rome’s Piazza Navona. He then tried to damage the nearby Trevi Fountain. Europeans agreed that this was a crime against the values of civilization.
I wondered how people would refer to this event in America. I am sure the officials would call the crime Property Damage. Everything has a value placed on it. And in America that value is measured in dollars and cents, not in how a piece of art makes you feel.
The First Socialist
I am not one to apply labels. It is one of the things I still bristle at. Don’t call me liberal or conservative, democrat, republican, or even independent. If I must be “categorized” then call me a pragmatic extremist. But in today’s society many people blindly follow or dismiss, without consideration, based on labels given by people in positions of power. Time need not be spent
